Disclaimer: Chatbot App operates independently and is not affiliated with providers such as OpenAI, Google, or Stability AI. Instead, the app utilizes official APIs provided by these companies under formal service agreements to deliver its features.

General Terms By using Chatbot App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined here. These terms apply to all interactions, whether on the website or through communications between you and Chatbot App.

Under no circumstances will the Chatbot App team be liable for damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—including but not limited to data loss or profit loss resulting from the use or inability to use our platform. Costs arising from equipment repair or correction related to your use of materials on this platform are your responsibility.

Chatbot App reserves the right to modify prices and update its policies regarding resource usage at any time without prior notice.

License Chatbot App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with these terms.

  4. A statement affirming your good faith belief that the content is unauthorized.
  5. A declaration that your notice is accurate and made under penalty of perjury.

Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chatbot App, its parent company XStudios, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from any claim, liability, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your: (a) use of the app; (b) violation of these Terms; or (c) infringement of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

No Warranties The Chatbot App platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any guarantees of performance or reliability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chatbot App and its affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Chatbot App does not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of errors or defects. Additionally, Chatbot App makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or currency of content or services provided through the app. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so certain limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chatbot App and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruptions. The maximum liability of Chatbot App, regardless of the cause of action, is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Certain jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to reflect the intent of the original provision as closely as possible under applicable law.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chatbot App concerning the use of our services.

Waiver Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver of any term must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Chatbot App.

Amendments to this Agreement Chatbot App reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at its sole discretion. If changes are significant, you will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Entire Agreement These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Chatbot App, superseding all prior agreements. Additional terms may apply to specific purchases or services, which will be provided at the time of such transactions.

Updates to Our Terms Chatbot App may update these Terms to reflect changes in our policies or services. Notifications will be provided, and your continued use of the app after updates take effect signifies agreement to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the app.

Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality within Chatbot App, including text, images, software, and designs, are owned by XStudios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Agreement to Arbitrate For disputes (excluding claims related to intellectual property rights), you and Chatbot App agree to resolve issues through binding arbitration. A written Notice of Dispute must be sent before initiating arbitration. Both parties will attempt informal resolution within 60 days. Arbitration will follow the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the prevailing party entitled to recover legal costs.

Submissions and Privacy By submitting ideas, designs, or other content to Chatbot App, you agree that such submissions are non-confidential and become the sole property of Chatbot App, with no compensation or credit owed.

Promotions Chatbot App may run contests or promotions governed by specific rules. Review all eligibility requirements before participating, as additional terms may apply.

Typographical Errors If a product or service is incorrectly priced, Chatbot App reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the erroneous price, even if the order has been confirmed.

Miscellaneous If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective. Chatbot App operates under the jurisdiction of TR and may not be accessible in regions where it conflicts with local laws.

Disclaimer Chatbot App does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its platform. It is not responsible for inaccuracies or damages arising from the use of third-party content or services.
